No Refunds on Digital Purchases
- All purchases, including subscriptions and digital services, are:
- Non-refundable once activated or delivered
- Except in special cases determined at the sole discretion of jPoltech.
- Exceptions may apply where required by law.
User Responsibility
- Users are responsible for maintaining:
- A stable internet connection
- Compatible and properly functioning devices
- jPoltech is not liable for issues caused by:
- User equipment
- Internet outages
- Third-party service interruptions
Legal Compliance
- Users are expected to comply with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.
- jPoltech is not responsible for misuse of services in jurisdictions where such services may be restricted or regulated.
- Misuse of the product or service may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Payment Terms, Privacy & Subscription Status
- Payment Privacy & Security
- jPoltech does not store or have access to your payment information.
- All transactions are securely handled through trusted third-party payment processors.
- We cannot and do not charge any customer without explicit authorization.
- Users maintain full control over their billing settings and payment activity.
- Recurring Payments
- Subscription payments are processed on the same calendar day each month as the initial purchase.
- If that date does not exist in a given month, payment will be processed on the last day of that month.
- Failed Payments & Retry Schedule
- If a payment fails, access to services will be suspended immediately until payment is resolved.
- For auto-renewing subscriptions, the system will retry payment after 5 days.
- jPoltech cannot override or shorten this retry period.
- If requested, the current subscription may be canceled and manually restarted.
- Autopay Restrictions
- Multiple failed payments may result in removal from automatic billing.
- Continued service will require manual month-to-month payments.
- Service Resumption
- If service is resumed within 60 days of cancellation or non-payment, access may be restored at the discretion of jPoltech.
